Union Budget is a constitutional document representing a Government’s economic policy and economic plan for the upcoming year. It is meant to serve as a report card as well as a manifesto of the Government. The Budget 2020 gives a little glimpse of Government’s plans for economic revival but leaves a lot to be desired from an Indirect Tax perspective.
