NITYA Tax Associates (‘NITYA’) is a boutique law firm specializing in  the entire spectrum of Indirect taxes & allied laws.

Established by Puneet Bansal in 2015 with a team of 8 professionals,  NITYA has grown leaps & bounds over the years. Presently, NITYA  comprises a team of 50 professionals, including Lawyers and Chartered  Accountants, operating office in New Delhi. The members possess vast  and varied experience of working in renowned professional services  firms in the area of Indirect Taxes & allied laws.

NITYA has a base of over 200 clients, largely comprising of  multinational and large / mid-size Indian companies. We provide  customised services to clients from a wide range of industries including  automobile, automobile components, FMCG, consumer durables, e-  commerce, information technology, infrastructure, logistics, media, and  several others.
