Dharnendra has over 22 years of rich experience in advising national and multinational clients on complex business operations, supply chain models, restructuring, and transitioning, etc. from an Indirect tax standpoint.

Dharnendra has worked with clients across industry verticals such as Aviation, Defense, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Energy, Information Technology, Telecom & Allied Sector, Manufacturing, Travel, Transport & Logistics, Banking, Financial, Educational, Health and Beauty, Luxury Goods, Gem and Jewellery, Medical, Media and Entertainment, Real Estate and Construction, etc.

He actively participates in training and knowledge management building exercises and has been involved in writing columns and news articles on tax related matters. He has also spoken on GST and other indirect taxes in seminars organized by CII, FICCI, Assocham, PHDCCI, India Infrastructure and Legal League.

Prior to NITYA, Dharnendra was the Senior Principal with Advaita Legal, Executive Director & Country Head, Mazars and Director, BMR Legal in their Indirect Tax practice.

Dharnendra holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from Rajasthan University and is a member of several Bar Associations at Jaipur and Delhi including CESTAT. He is also a member of All India Federation of Tax Practitioners.
