He is an Advocate and Chartered Accountant by profession. He has rich experience of over 25 years in causing representation before various judicial fora. He advise companies in areas of Indirect Taxation including Goods and Services Tax, Customs Duty including Foreign Trade Policy, Legal Metrology law and allied laws.

He regularly delivers talks on diverse topics in various seminars / workshops organized by PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ASSOCHAM, FADA etc. He also conducts inhouse periodic webinars to provide insight on emerging issues in the field of Indirect Taxation.

He established NITYA Tax Associates in 2015 and developed practice in Indirect Taxation and Legal Metrology law. He has held leadership positions in PwC as Litigation Head, BMR and Associates, LLP and Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys as Partner in their Indirect Tax practice.
