On June 29, 2021 and June 30, 2021, DGTR has initiated sunset review against import of Clear Float Glass from Iran and fresh anti-dumping investigation on same product imported from Bangladesh and Thailand respectively.

In recent times, Clear Float Glass imports have been subjected to anti-dumping duties with countries like Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Malaysia already investigated.

Users and importers are likely to be affected and must consider opposing both the recently initiated investigations.

Interested parties have time till August 3 and August 4, 2021 respectively to file response before DGTR in both the cases.
