On April 28, 2021, Ministry of Finance issued an Office Memorandum informing its decision to not impose Anti-Dumping Duty on import of Phenol from Thailand despite positive recommendation of the DGTR. Ministry of Finance has failed to provide any reasoning for not accepting the recommendations of DGTR.OM-Phenol-Thai (1)
