On May 06, 2021, Ministry of Finance issued an Office Memorandum to grant extension of three months for completion of AD investigation concerning imports of Self Adhesive Polyvinyl Chloride Film from China. The said extension has been granted upto August 06,2021. Previously, similar extension was granted vide Office Memorandum dated February 05,2021, granting extension upto May 06, 2021.

Anti-dumping provisions require completion of investigation within one year, which may be extended by maximum 6 months. As the investigation in respect of the said goods was initiated on February 07, 2020, the investigation must now be concluded by August 06, 2021 and no further extension is possible.
