Ministry of Finance vide Notification No. 33/2021 – Customs (ADD) dated June 03, 2021 extends levy of ADD on import of Phenol from European Union and Singapore till October 31, 2021.

The extension is necessitated due to ongoing sunset review on Phenol initiated by DGTR on December 31,2020.
