Sunset Review on imports of key solar product – International Trade Law Updated #36
On June 07, 2021, India initiated Anti-Dumping Sunset Review on imports of Textured Tempered Coated Uncoated and Glass from China to determine the need for continuation of existing Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD) on the aforesaid goods.
The product, Textured Tempered Glass is used as a key component in Solar Photovoltaic Panels and Solar Thermal applications. Interested parties have 37 days to register and submit the necessary information.
