This is in furtherance to our earlier updates  regarding Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (‘CESTAT’) initiating virtual hearings at all regional benches except Chennai bench.

The CESTAT has now extended this facility to Chennai bench as well vide Public Notice No. 4 of 2020 dated August 16, 2020.
