We apprised you regarding recent investigations being undertaken by Directorate General of Goods and Services Tax Intelligence demanding Service Tax on the discounts and incentives received by dealers of various vehicle manufacturers.

With each passing day, the issue is gaining prominence as the authorities are scrupulously issuing Show Cause Notices and Orders to dealers of vehicle manufacturers across the country.
