Ministry of Finance amends Anti-Dumping Notification No. 50 of 2018-Customs (ADD) to exclude Bulk Continuous Filament of higher denierage (650 decitex to 10000 decitex) from the scope of Anti-Dumping Duty imposed on Nylon Filament Yarn (multi filament) imported from EU and Vietnam. Previously, only Bulk Continuous Filament of denierage (650 to 1650 decitex) was excluded.

The said amendment is brought into effect pursuant to product scope review final findings dated January 21, 2021 issued by the DGTR.
