On April 21, 2021, the US Department of Commerce has initiated an Anti-Dumping and Anti-Subsidy investigation against imports of Soymeal from India.

As a next step, the parties are invited to –
(a) File response to Q&V (Quantity & Value) questionnaire by May 05, 2021.
(b) offer comments on product scope by May 10, 2021

As per the case calendar, the USDOC is expected to come out with its preliminary determination by September 07, 2021 with respect to dumping/subsidy findings and the US International Trade Commission is expected to come out with its preliminary determinations by May 17, 2021, with respect to injury findings.
