Recently DGTR published office memorandum dated April 6, 2021 issued by Ministry of Finance informing its decision to not impose Anti-Dumping Duty on import of Viscose Spun Yarn from China, Indonesia and Vietnam.

DGTR published its final findings in respect of the above investigation on December 30,2020 recommending levy of ADD. Ministry of Finance has failed to provide any reasoning for not accepting the recommendations of DGTR.
