On May 24, 2021 Ministry of Finance issued an Office Memorandum granting two month extension for completion of Anti-Dumping Investigation on import of Rubber Chemical PX13 from China, Korea and USA till July 26,2021.

The investigation by DGTR was initiated on May 27, 2020 and preliminary finding dated November 11, 2020 was issued recommending imposition of provisional anti-dumping duty (ADD). However, the Ministry of Finance rejected the recommendation and did not levy provisional ADD.
