ADD on import of Polytetrafluoroethylene – International Trade Law Update #35
Ministry of Finance vide Notification No. 32/2021 – Customs (ADD) dated June 03, 2021 extends levy of ADD on import of Polytetrafluoroethylene (“PTFE”) from Russia till October 31, 2021.
The extension is necessitated due to ongoing sunset review on PTFE initiated by DGTR on February 12, 2021.
